Prices are awesome! Selection for normal women’s sizes is almost nothing. Staff is horribly rude. Please be aware that they have rules and a culture that they will remind you and bark at you for the whole line/checking out process. Take all hangers off, they won’t fold or take care of any of your items, items get put on the floor and almost forgotten about, they say next purchase when you haven’t even received all of your items yet. And they tell you you have to take your receipt. Honestly the worst customer service experience. Makes me feel like I’m a bother to them by just existing.

DD’s has always been one of my favorite places to shop. I find the coolest and fun stuff here, not to mention, stuff you typically need for a functioning daily household.My only gripe, and I have said this before, is the attitude and overall manner regarding interacting with customers. And let me clear when I say this, I treat everyone the same, always with kindness and friendliness regardless of age, color, gender, size and if they prefer dogs over cats. With that being said (AND I HOPE THAT ACCOUNT MANAGER AT CORPORATE GETS BORED PLAYING CANDY CRUSH ON HIS COMPUTER AND ACTUALLY READS THESE REVIEWS), I am a white chic. I am a red head with freckles and no matter that my parents continually lied to me when I asked them if I would ever tan, I am no ifs ands or buts, very white. Listen, it isn’t my fault, my mom loved my dad, so that meant she never slept with the hit Italian pool guy….man, I would have the most awesome tan…BUT NO. OK, stop rambling I know. So when I walk into a DDs, (which I don’t care who works there in terms of race) and the staff is rude, not helpful and don’t even attempt to show you their discontent for you, yeah, I don’t like the staff at DDs. I have shopped at several, which apparently only employ a certain kind of staff and they clearly don’t like me and my girlfriend either (she is a big beautiful black chick). By the way DDs, my girlfriend refuses to shop there again.Conclusion: Hire a diverse group of women AND men, and no matter there ethnicity, make sure they take a class on how to HAVE SOME CLASS!!Pamela P.P.
