I call the pharmacy today 3/9/21 around evening, and I didn’t even get to say hello yet. One of the staff picks up the phone and say Thank you for calling Cvs. There’s a customer ahead of you, can you please hold? I, without breathing ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ, got put on hold. I don’t mind if they put me on hold, at least hear me say Yes. Then proceed to do so. You can’t be a pharmacy technician without good customer service. Not only are you making your pharmacy look bad, you’ll lose some good patients along the way, who has always been committed for years.

Imani was my cashier today. Great customer service. She is very kind and professional. She went above and beyond. She saw I had strips of printed coupons. I had gone through them myself and found one I could use. She offered to double check them and she found a coupon I missed for $5. Wow! I never had anyone do that for me. Wonderful employee.

Still open 24 hours with current pandemic restrictions so let’s be grateful while shopping here. Not all individuals that find their way to this store want to be your friend or friendly to begin with so mind your own business and don’t talk to strangers…You’ll be fine.
