Hello im a INSTACART worker and i will share a unbelievable experience i had today 4/26/21 at 4170 el camino real palo alto,94306 time 11:21am in this store with Cashier DAN very disrespectful. I had 3 items and i was the only one in line when i got to the register. Before paying i experience trouble with the phone app at that time there was a gentlemen in line. DAN: If you still shopping or not ready move aside PAL you holding the line. ME: you can help the guy, wile i was moving aside.He wouldn’t help the guy. He was more interested in argument. DAN He reply that’s why we don’t want instacart shoppers here why don’t you just move or pay and go. i was to explain that i had my app working and was finishing paying.. He didn’t wasn’t listening of what i just said. DAN said SHOT UP move or go..while i was explaining that.This was the most disrespectful action to me all day.What is wrong with this man. Is he talking to costumers like this. Who is allowing this. Everybody deserves respect. Even worst his is a costumers service a cashier. He shouldn’t be there if he doesn’t like his job neither people or i had to be treated this way. Do something WALGREENS
