Doug explained to me that my machine was gummed up with oil even after having it serviced at another prominent establishment twice within 90days it wasn’t working properly! So, with that being said, I won’t be taking it back to the other store to rip me off! Thanks, Doug for being a truly honest and reliable servicemen.
