I went to Walgreens to get something for my son to shave, there was NO ONE around to assist, everyone was busy they need more people working there as this isn’t acceptable! We ALL have stuff to do but consider the fact that w/out customers you DON’T have a business!

Worst Customer Service at the Pharmacy. I remember during the beginning of the pandemic, I needed assistance with a prescription and the male manager was an absolutely rude and unprofessional towards me over the phone. Might I had been there in person the outcome would have been much different.Nevertheless they lost a customer after this time. I also contacted the corporate office and of course nothing was done. CVS is so much better.

There is always an issue with the pharmacy. The automated system doesn’t go through to them for refills. Knowing this I have resorted over the years to call and speak to someone in the pharmacy to make sure my prescriptions are filled and will be ready for pick-up. Well in the last several months that hasn’t worked either. I’m always told there will be a 30 minute wait while it’s filled when I get to the register to pick it up. I will be putting in a complaint to corporate. And now is stead of waiting I’ll use that time to drive to the store a little further. Disappointing!
