I’ve been a regular customer for 7+ years now. I wouldn’t say the staff are friendly, but they are competent and efficient. I recently used this store for PDQ Fingerprinting required to renew a state license and when I called before going I got the worst information and customer service! But once I arrived, the process was timely, smooth and even better than I expected! Sometimes I have to wait in a line to drop off my UPS/Amazon drop off packages, but it moves quickly and I’ve been impressed with how they have handed COVID measures. This is a solid store. I’d give them five stars if they upped the professionalism by improving their customer service, but I wouldn’t use the other negative reviews on Google to suggest this store won’t have what you need.

I was in this store in the afternoon a couple of weeks ago, arriving with three or four very large framed pictures that needed to be packaged for shipping out of state. The two people that waited on me were professional, kind and helpful. They rode up the bill, told me I could pick it up within an hour or two and took my product away.I actually had to come back the next day and everything was ready for me when I arrived. Again the service was friendly and professional.It really makes a difference the type of staff that people have in a service-based business. I can tell by reading the reviews that the staff has changed over the years and right now the staff is great so congratulations UPS! I am taking more pictures there this week to get packed for shipping.
