I have never dealt with a company that had such a strict return policy.

Although I feel this is an excellent product, their customer services is poor. The person taking my orders is cold and curt.Also, I wanted to return some of their seaweed tablets, (bottles I had just recently ordered 6 weeks ago and which were unopened.) I know these products could have been re-sold, but they said I could not return them, since it was over a month. I have never dealt with a company that had such a strict return policy. It especially doesn’t make sense, since the shelf life of sea vegetation is over two years! Why would other companies with shorter shelf life products have much more lenient return policies?I am very disappointed with this company due to the above stated experiences.
