Oscar showed up on time and removed our old blinds. He installed the new plantation shutters in a quick and efficient manner. When he was done he disposed of the packing material the shutters came in. Then, he showed me how to open and shut them, as well as how to clean them. We love Oscar’s work and will use him again. He’s very personable, friendly and honest. With him there are no hidden fees, just great work, a beautiful product, at an affordable price.Oh, and he brought his daughter who helped him install the shutters. I recently had shutters installed in my new place, in my living room. I had installed shutters about 25 years ago in my other home. I pulled the old sales receipt I still had and called them. They had changed the company name so I wasn’t sure it was the same company. When the salesman came to my door I asked if they were the same company. Turns out they are and the salesman who came, Oscar, was the same person who came to my home some 25 years ago. The shutters I have installed in my previous home some 25 years ago still look beautiful and are in great shape. My son and his family live there now. My shutters I just put in my home are also beautiful and I know will last me at least 25 years. I strongly recommend Heritage Shutters- and Oscar was a joy to work with.Isabel del Pozo
