Had one of the worst experiences ever. Went in for a trade in offer and the manager didn’t know what he was talking about. He was rude and arrogant and started questioning my credibility. Was trying to be nice until I couldn’t and walked out. Definitely don’t recommend to go here.

Worst customer service according to T-Mobile standards. Manager is the worst guy I have experienced in customer service. Manager playing games on his mobile and doing nothing. If you ask any questions, it seems bothering him and lazy and rude to reply. Also I felt a pinch of racism. I know T-mobile cannot do anything about it. People will still continue to visit the store. Weirdo!!!

Bought a Galaxy a71 5g phone. Manager added a line to my account without informing me. I called the store multiple times and went there. Manager never returned my call. T-mobile customer service removed the added line. No words of apology or explanation from store manager
