Called in to acquire availability on a particular item, prior to driving to the store’s location. Crystal, answered the phone with a cheerful disposition and a smile; which I virtually felt through the phone. Crystal placed me on a brief hold, and returned with the information I requested. Upon my arrival, Crystal fast tracked my purchase & had item loaded into my vehicle; while continuing to display a professional, assertive and very accommodating work ethic….And did so with a smile. It is because of Crystal’s performance, that I will return to this particular store. Outstanding job Ma’am!
