I have never been so impressed as I am with T-Mobile now. This was by far the best service T-Mobile has ever given me. I called to report my phone was broken. I was told I would get it around the 3rd or 4th of June. It was on my door step after just two days. I always tell people about it. So happy with you now.

Received excellent customer service regarding an Iphone that could not charge.Tona facilitated an appointment at an APPLE store and verified the fact that I have insurance on it. Ray the manager was also very helpful to facilitate the appointment as I did not have the requisite APPLE ID and password. Thanks to a very helpful Tmobile branch
