I recently went to this store to get a new phone. Darren helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions. And gave me a great deal.Darren was also patient and helpful. He setup my new phone. Even let me go run an errand because the process was a bit more tedious. But he did everything.I also watched his associate help a person who knew little English. Darren’s associate was also extremely patient and helpful. Answered all the new customers questions with a positive attitude. Never once seemed frustrated or annoyed.Would definitely recommend checking this store out!

Carlton over at AT&T in Irondequoit is amazing. Very helpful and INFORMATIVE. He’s a quick thinker. He was also very kind and patient with my mother after having to come in multiple times over a course of a week or more. Definitely ask for Carlton when you stop in!
