It was pleasant this time since they got a new manager. She was very respectful and courteous. The store was clean and everyone went out of their way to be kind and helpful. Trust me I critique hard and if you get this kind of review you must be doing something right.

If you’re new to Lane Bryant make sure you set up your own account online. If they offered to make you an account, don’t believe them. Don’t let them waist your time as of they’re doing something for you on their screen when they’re really not. I been a customer for quite some years already and I just found out today that all the purchases I’ve made, I’ve never received points for. It’s really disappointed special when you know your purchases are from $150 to close to $400. The Customer Service is poor. At some locations the San Diego and Ventura location I can’t complain about. As this location out of the 4-5 girls that are working only 2 will care about you finding what you’re looking for but you have to ask for help. I wish I could remember their names to give the credit on this comment but I know for sure it wasn’t the supervisor. The checkout is horrible you can stand there for 10-20 minutes with a person in the registered and they won’t even acknowledge you. I really wanted to tell the cashiers something stupid when she asked if I was ready, but I know I would of made her feel retarded for her sarcastic question. Returns are not bad, it’s mostly the wait and you need your receipt and the items have the have their tags.

Went there yesterday and there was two women working there. Didn’t greet me. Didn’t offer to help me with anything. One of them seemed so rude like she didn’t want to be there. You can just feel their vibe that they didn’t want to be there helping any customers.All they did was just stand there and gossiped. I will never come back to this location.
