This store is horrible!!! My mom tried to purchase an iPhone yesterday and the employee working at that time (towards end of shift, he is of very small stature, and he did NOT provide his name), he refused to sell her the phone, and then he had the gall to close the door on my mom’s face!I am trying to contact Verizon Customer Service in order to place a complaint and I have been on hold, via TWO DIFFERENT LINES, for more than an hour now!Shutting a door on a potential customer is not right and should not be tolerated and I want to place a formal complaint ASAP!DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STUPID STORE!
