Second time brows and first time haircut, 3/13/21.Catie at the brow bar is FANTASTIC. I loved her and she was so friendly. She was perfect at shaping my brows and cleaning them up. I wish I could leave 5 stars for her alone. She deserves them.My haircut, however, is a different story.I originally had an appointment for 4:20 haircut with Natalie, a master stylist. I received a phone call around 2 pm asking me to come in at 4:45 instead. I reluctantly agreed. So, after getting my brows done I go back to check in at the salon at 4:50. I check in, the manager checking me in goes to find Natalie. The manager and Natalie both come to the counter a few minutes later, and ask me was I asked to come in at 4:45 or 5:30? I called my husband to confirm that we both heard 4:45 since the first call (4:20 to 4:45) was on speaker. I should have just left, but since it takes me about 30 minutes to get to the store, I decided to just wait. (If I knew then what I know now…)I finally get in the chair a little after 5:30, and Natalie is very nice and apologized and thanked me for waiting. I showed her two very similar photos of the cut I wanted, shoulder length slightly angled layered bob. One had bangs and one didn’t. During the consultation I felt confident that she understood what I wanted, and even reiterated that I was happy with the length I had I just wanted a trim and shape, the photos were just better illustrations of what I was wanting.When she started cutting, she started with the back and showed me how much she was cutting off, and it would end up being about the middle of my neck. I asked her to keep it a little longer than that since I’m trying to grow my hair out after giving myself a few quarantine cuts. For lack of a better term, i lost two inches of length on the front and the back is at the top of my neck and is stacked, looking like the dreaded Karen cut.My husband called yesterday asking for at least a partial refund since this is not what I wanted and looked nothing like the photos I showed, and was offered 50% off a future service with another stylist.Thank you, but I don’t think I’ll be going back for a haircut.(First two are the ones I showed, third is what I walked in with, last is what I walked out with )

Customers service here is great and the staff is very helpful with picking proper foundations for your skin type/tone. There is a wide variety of every make up product and they do a great job at keeping their stock up to par. Very organized store too.
