I got a sim card here before and they were really nice. They quickly got me the sim card and even waived one of those upgrade fees since it was an old phone that needed a new sim. Didn’t think about reviewing them until today because of the T-Mobile Tuesday. They were giving away the Halloween buckets and I thought it’d be nice for the kids. Our family of 5 came and they generously gave us each one. Not like some t-mobile stores who claim they run out at 9:30 am. Or limit us on redemption because they see a bunch of kids.

Best place for phone needs ever!!I got into the store and and the rep Ronald & Rex was so friendly, they seems like very busy at that time but they still greeting me nicely and asked me to wait a for a bit, I feel really comfortable with this store, their rep don’t really push customer to buy stuff, there is a lot of the store that I been to that always push push push, I know they need to sell but I’m those kind of the ppl that hate been push to buy, this store’s rep is so nice and knowledgeable, they answered my questions and even told me more info that I’ve never heard and it really helped me to choose what plan and device that suit for my situation, Im not a review person but this store I must give them a 10 star but too bad it only allow me to put 5 star only, I lived 27 miles away but I’m willing to drive back to this place for my future needs for sure!!thank you Ronald & Rexyou guys are the best!!!!!!!!!

Definitely not a friendly store as all the other reviews posted. When I first puchased a $ 1,000 + phone from the store, yes, their attitude is totally different from when there were problems with the phone that they sold.Overall speaking, I will never patronize this store. Staff rather chat and do nothing instead of helping customers resoving their problems. When my phone had issues, no one step up and made any attempts to assist me in trying to resolve the issues.Anyway, I don’t know how they receive so many positive reviews but for the couple times that I am in the store, I have not met any friendly staff. I truly meant what I said.Do not trust the positive reviews since they can be written by employees or friends, always take a look at the negative reviews before doing business with the store.Disappointment is an understatement and I highly do not recommend anyone buying anything from this store since they will not help you if anything goes wrong. I will not recommend this store to anyone.
