Very good customer service!! I waited in line for about 2 hours, when I got to the front come to find out the boots I was there for were sold out. But the sales associate went above and beyond for me calling other locations finally she found a pair went and picked them up and had them shipped out to me in time for Christmas. Like a said very good customer service, I will definitely shop here again!!

My girlfriend drove 30 minutes from Oakland to Livermore to get a pair of Uggs that was sold out in SF but was in stock here, according to the SF Ugg store. The online hours said the store closes at 7 PM but when she got there at 5:45 they told her the line was closed. She also tried to call the store almost two dozen times spread out over the course of the weekend to ensure their online hours were correct and avoid this situation, but they never answered at their number listed on Google. So the phone number was presumably wrong and either they turned her away from entering the store a whole hour and 15 minutes before it closed, or their hours on Google were wrong. What a joke
