The ice cream was nice! The store looked clean and organized. The employee was in the back when we came in and we waited for a few minutes for her to come out but we just called and she came out front. The store is a bit noisy so it was hard to hear myself yelling so I know it was hard for her to hear me. The employee was okay she did her job but she didn’t seem the most enthusiastic about being interrupted and no apologies for the wait. All in all I had a good experience.

No one is answering your phones!!! What is GOING ON?!?! my boyfriend went to go pick up a birthday cake that I spent $55 on and the girl gave him the SMALL cake instead of the LARGE. My boyfriend said she had NO idea what she was doing – and im so upset because I dont have time to go back and get the RIGHT cake, yet no one will pick up the phone (its 5:30PM – they are open)I want a refund ASAP… this is not okay…. this cake will feed maybe 4 people…
