Their grooming service is wonderful. I can tell they love animals!! Also the price is reasonable. I also have reptiles and Daniel is very knowledgeable. I always ask him when I have question. They are very friendly.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We stopped in to pick up a new dog harness and love being able to try them on Henry. We’ve returned several when we tried to buy online elsewhere. Sometimes walking in is best.

Made a trip to the store for grooming only to be informed my appointment was cancelled. Manager then lies and said they had talked to us. I checked with the other half and confirmed that no they didn’t. Manager again said yes they did. I’m not upset that they had to cancel, stuff happens, but it is not ok to not call us and it is not ok to then lie about it.
