Girlfriend & I came in For A New Year deal 2021, Nice Hispanic Lady helped us get the reclining couch we wanted for our living room. The location is nicely located on El Camino & Kiely at the Moonlight center shopping plaza. The lady made the experience easy. The price is Fair. The delivery time was within 12 days which is reasonable. I would definitely support this business in the near future & recommend my friends and family

Salesman doesn’t have time to tell prices. During this time of pandemic, you are not following any safety precautions. The mask was worn under the nose with little to no cleaning/sanitizing anything after the customers.And despite the situation, some people (like me) need furniture and took the risk to come to store. The least amount of expectation was a quick in and out with most information to make a decision.1. No price tags on most furniture2. One with price tags are incorrect (salesman told that much)3. When asked price for a few interesting one, he said, I cannot tell you the price for everything and went back and sat.Thanks!! That was an amazing experience.I have no compassion for this physical store closing down now. With this sort of service, please don’t blame online shopping if you go out of business. It was your fault and poor service. I am buying online.
