This was a waste of my time. I’ll give them a one because they gave me a full refund. Thank God! The reason I took my Laptop in and dropped it off on a Saturday was to install a replacement charger port. I was advised they would do a diagnostic test by his girlfriend to see if other problems exist. I was told one week. I called in the following Saturday George stated he didn’t received the part until that Friday it would be ready on Tuesday between 2-2:30. I couldn’t reach them by phone the messages were full. So we were Corresponding through text. I got there my computer was very dusty, and had something sticky on it. I had cleaned it prior to bringing it in. He was just going to give it to me until he realized a spring for a different port wasn’t added on. Once he added it then he wipe my computer down. He stated he hadn’t even booted up my computer since I brought it in. This was the first time. Then how do you know the port charger works I’m thinking. I ask him to boot it. He use an HP charger to boot up my Dell laptop. It turned on, but when I got home it didn’t take the brand new charger it took prior to bringing it in. I had already installed a brand new battery. l left my charger at home but I thought this place had one or he could have called me and I would have brought in mine. this would have shown this problem. He waisted my time. Then said he did what he was suppose to do. I’m going to report them to BBB.

If you need to get your computer fixed I highly recommend Lewis Computers. I met with George and he was very helpful and friendly. I felt like I got a really good price to fix my laptop. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends and I will definitely be back !!!
