Staff member isn’t very knowledgeable. She claimed Famotidine is discontinued and isn’t sure where to get it. We got prescribed Famotidine from our Prescriber on August 7 and called on August 8.Walgreens have it but not in the correct dosage needed which is why I decided to call this location.I called the Safeway on Menlo Park and they said they are out of stock.DO NOT GO TO THE RWC SAFEWAY.

They’ve been a bit understaffed over the past few months, as evidenced by some lines, but I think it’s getting better. And I’ve definitely seen some smiles! Hoping for improvements to continue!

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been in. Even though my doctor called the prescription in, they didn’t start filling it until I arrived to pick it up. When it was finally ready there was a significant line, and they couldn’t process anyone in less than 10 minutes despite having 4 people working. All in all this took about 40 minutes longer than it should have.I’ll have trouble trusting any Safeway pharmacy after this. Back to CVS.
