The manager was rude during both visits in the last week. The first time we asked for assistance and she sighed then proceeded to tell us how no bleach would work on my wives hair, so we researched online quick, and bought some of the products then left. The bleach did work, but she wouldn’t even try to help us, just brushed us off. Went back again today to get some dye and she was very rude, wouldn’t give us products from a box she was stocking and kept saying she only had one small bottle of the dye, then proceeded to later pull out another small bottle. You could visibly see the dye we needed in a box but she kept saying she didn’t have the big one, that we saw. Definitely was just trying to make us buy the smaller bottles so we would have to pay much more to have the correct amount of dye. Not sure how a manager at a beauty store can think she has the right to give people attitude, thought it was cute. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, but would recommend the store gets a manager who actually can do her job. I would hack it up to laziness but the woman had the box right there, definitely just was trying to get more money from customers
