Took my 8 year old in to fix her hair after she chopped off her bangs herself. SMH. Michelle was the one who fixed it. She was kind and very attentive. She did very well at making my daughter feel comfortable. Especially after the embarrassment she was feeling for the damage she had done to her own hair.
