I had an easy, stress free experience buying a used Subaru Outback from Rico at LA Auto Exchange. I highly recommend asking for Rico, he made me feel comfortable and had an honest attitude which I appreciated.I knew which car I had in mind, called ahead and was easily able to make a same day appointment. Upon arrival, Rico was enthusiastic to show me two similar car options. Keys in hand, he immediately showed me two almost identical Subaru Outback cars. The online offer was lower than other dealerships, and fair, so I didn’t negotiate the price. I was able to make a same day purchase, and I’m very happy with my decision.
