Best customer service this weekend! I got a ring as a gift for Christmas and ran into complications trying to exchange it for the right size so I gave the store a call and Nora was so understanding and helpful! She told me to come in that day since it was already far past the return policy date so I could get the right size and Nicole was so kind as to bring me the new ring as I was waiting in the long line of shoppers so that I wouldn’t have to sit there for an hour. These girls were so kind and provided me the best experience! Thank you Nora and Nicole!

Very rude customer service, just asked for a bag because I made a big purchase online and it was a gift and they did not provide me with a bag, the girl gave me attitude right away saying we don’t give free bags if you didn’t purchase here. Very rude. I did purchase from pandora, of the bags are not free I would of gladly bought one. Not coming back
