I wish zero stars was an option, we weren’t shopping for a bridal party, just a prom dress. I made a reservation and we arrive shortly before our appointment time. The young lady at the check in podium was extremely rude and sent us over to wait by another counter. I had to get someone attention, no one approached us. My daughter had selected several dresses she want to try on and I was told there were no rooms available, I told the girl I had an appointment and she stated she would have to look in to it. We waited several more minutes. The whole experience reminded me of why I stopped shopping at David’s Bridal years ago. We definitely won’t be going back. If you want good customer service I would recommend going somewhere else.
