No sense of urgency whatsoever. More then a handful of people working, no people in line yet one person actually filling orders in the back. Makes no sense. They are just chatting with eachother even though they’re backed up. Been going to Chipotle for 9+ yrs now all around the Bay Area, I love it, this is the worst one I’ve seen.

I went to chipotle today and I ordered rice, beans, chicken, and a quesadilla. I got my food and there wasn’t a quesadilla. I also ordered tortillas as a side and didn’t get that as well. This has happened more than five times I’m really disappointed.
