I will pass on my personal experience with a Metro costly mistake for me. I will say their staff nearest 10th Street has a Well Spoken, Helpful young Lady and should be a Manager for her Careful technical advice. I need a Fone that will have 5G capabilities not costing over 500 again as I’ve spent close to 1000 in three unsatisfactory fines in a 57 month period. C’mon Samsung need a working fone. That’s all

The young man that was helping me was polite I was there to have a line shut off for a friend who is wheelchair bound and not able to get out and I get the information hang up and then he’d say oh and I need this and oh and I need that so I had to make several phone calls to this person that I was doing his favor for and had this young man had his s*** together I would only have to make one call and not look like a fool
