If I could give this store ZERO stars, I would! If you want bad business, don’t even step foot in here! Bought a pair of shoes that I decided to exchange for another pair I preferred. When I came back the very next day, the owner stated shoes are final sale so she can’t exchange them. When I bought the shoes the day prior, there was NO mention of shoes being final sale. Her intelligent response, oh it’s on the receipt. Oh that’s brilliant, it’s stated on the receipt AFTER the purchase is made! So either way, the shoes can’t be exchanged or returned!! I kept asking her, since as the owner, she did not mention it, she should at least honor our request and exchange the brand new shoes for another pair since she failed to mention it. She declined…Clearly, she has no concept of how to run a business, let alone, make exceptions to her own screwup. Never returning here again.
