I’d give this 0 stars if possible. Went to send back a package that already had a return label created for UPS. This UPS store said it would be $5 for assistance printing anything plus price of printing. I need 2 little pieces of tape to close shoe box securely. $7. They want to charge you $12+ to return a package that they’re already getting paid to return by another person. When I have issue with my online purchases and need to return a package with FedEx, it’s $0.25 to print the return label and tape the box back up.Like what kind of 2-bit nickel and dime show y’all running?
