I’ve been a loyal costumer with Sears Auto Center but since they closed the location in Glendale I started coming to Pasadena. Unfortunately the employees at this location are very unprofessional and they don’t have any idea about costumer service. They don’t give courtesy phone calls to advise when car is ready and mechanics are very defensive. Their work is fine and I feel very satisfied with the service provided to my vehicle. They need to improve their costumer service skills.

I came in hoping to buy just one pair of jeans. I walked out with 3 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of shoes, and a carpet! Great deals here. Very nice customer service! $350 rugs on sale for $100. Cute kids shoes for $4.99 right now. I hope this place stays open theyve got good stuff for those of us on a tight budget!

This store is great, the customer service is really good too. I love this store if I need to go there for anything. The parking and selection is excellent, no sign of closing here. There is plenty of business here, this store is staying open.
