I went in for my live scan finger printing. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in. The lady was extremely nice and helpful. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. I would recommend getting it done here!

Not the best customer service. I called ahead but no one answered the phone. When I arrived they told me to come back in an hour because they had “things to do”. I understand they might be busy but I wish they would have told me it would be a wait or offer to set an appointment for another day. Just telling a customer to come back is rude. I think I’ll go to another provider for such an important service.
