They do not have attention with customers…

Unbelievably disrespectful customer service.First I will say that they have a very good selection of parts.Second I will say that the following does not apply to all the employees who work there (for instance the person who took my order-for a part they didn’t have in stock- was helpful and polite)I placed an order for a small atypical part with them because I like supporting small businesses. But along with that usually goes delightful customer service (like I experienced when I placed an order this most recent time)After waiting a week I returned to the store and got in line to have the person in front of me called but then have someone else jump in line in front of me with this particular employee at the register. I have jump in quotes because the employee initiated at the register initiated the process, (despite having been the only employee at the registers at the time when I joined the line which makes it hard for him to say he didn’t know about the line).I approached to question him about it. He told me he’d be with me in just a minute…. Thinking maybe he had something quick to help his buddy with, I waited. And waited…. as a large order of items was counted, questioned, conversed over, updated… The process continued for several minutes. Finally I confronted the two. The employee silent, and the customer indignant that I called him out for having been shopping in the back of the store while others were waiting in line.Shame on the employee and shame on the employer for tolerating this behavior. Why should I pay more at a brick and mortar, only to have to wait longer for the part, drive farther (twice), and be intentionally neglected? The obvious answer, I shouldn’t.So amazon it will be!The less obvious question is how does management know that the employee didn’t just blow a large order? You couldn’t pay me to come back. The variety of other reviews indicate that at some of the employees don’t give about the customers.

Tough place to shop if you’re not a contractor but they have the specialty plumbing items you can’t find at the big stores.
