My son just got out of the hospital after a heart attack Gage pharmacy is where we usually go for perceptions but they did not have the meds that he needed so gage transferred them to cvs on Atlantic. We tried to go through the drive through but they said we need to go in because they had some questions. I took his info in I was NOT ASKED any questions. And the clerk in the pharmacy Natalie was VERY RUDE!!! She did whatever she needed to do in the computer I was waitingfor her to call me I waited about 15 min so I asked if the meds were ready the next clerk got them. NOW GOOD customer service would of been Natalie to call and say they were ready!! Her attitude was less than to be desired!! I told her he had just gotten out of the hospital and there was NO carrying on her part!!
