I recently purchased 13 of the color changing cups and while I love the product and the price I got them for, I am severely disappointed in the lack of shipping quality they did. Yes they did put 1 large piece of bubble packaging but that was so they would not rumble around in the box. Every single cup looked as if they were just thrown in at random. Not that I expected for each of them to have their own personal holder but some kind of placement rather than thrown in would have been nice. At least show SOME KIND of effort into the job. 3 stars for the price but I would only give 1 star for the shipping and handling.

Sunday 28 March 2031Normally, I do not shop or buy in Michael’s craft store.It not bad, I just never had a reason to do business in the store before.Friday 26 March, I went there to get a price on special frames.A very nice and knowledgeable young woman named, RILEY told me all that I needed to know. I told her that she has an Army base named after her in Kansas.I returned two days later and although, Sean, the assistant manager was going to help me, but I wanted Riley to help me.Riley was great from start to finish. Two thumbs up, Riley. You go girl.
