For a store that has such high end products. I was very upset with my whole experience. The store was messy, we could not find any staff to help us. When we did it there was no emotion in it. Like we were inconveniencing her, by asking where something was. After we finally found what we came for, had to wait in a line and watch 3 staff people behind a counter, with only one was working, or should I say talking with the other staff, and half asking the transaction. For the amount the clothes are there, you would think the staff would have much better manners.

Thomas from the Men’s section was super helpful!! Less than a week from our wedding day, I walked in with my fiance and said he needs a suit! – Thomas walked us over to a rack and immediately pulled out a jacket and matching pants in my fiance’s exact size. He said I’ve been doing this 30 years, I just need to take one look at you – also took time to grab a shirt and give us some tie advice plus a tailor recommendation if we needed it, plus the suit was on sale. In and out within 30 minutes (which is great as we try to avoid malls due to pandemic) and he got a perfectly fitting suit, no alterations needed.
