The environment and overall service of the staff was exceptional! The wait wasn’t long and the staff there were all very nice, friendly and very helpful. I gladly want to praise the man who helped me. His name was Dom. Great guy, very attentive and caring. He was patient with me and helped through the whole process with no rush or pressure. Helped me resolve my issues with my account and answered all of my questions. Also another women by the name of Ruth was there assisting him. Lovely women. Also very nice and helped me with all my questions. She even went out the way to check some prices for me for an item they currently weren’t selling. Also very patient with even with the store getting close to closing. I didn’t get there names but rest of the staff were great too. We shared a few laughs. Highly recommend this store. Nice, clean, exceptional staffing, and just an overall satisfying experience.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T or any other wireless store. We were upgrading our phones and were given time to understand and choose the right phones, and we were treated with kindness and patience. This is one of the many things I’ve come to trust and rely on with AT&T!
