Ask for you receipt. They do not honor their promotions. I bought some Pringles that were advertised for $4 for 2 – 5.6 OZ and the cashier over charged me. He did not give me my receipt at first so I asked for it. I told him it’s advertised on the shelf and he walked back to the display hesitantly and when he saw that they were in fact advertised as such he proceeded to rip the advertising off, then tells me sorry!Its $1.00 difference, but its the principle that matters to me. I will never come to this 7 – 11 again and urge my co-workers not to come also.

If I could give 0 stars because this 7-11 deserves 0 worst customer service EVER made a purchase around 3PM of a cosmetic item got a reciept once I got home I compared the color to an old bottle didn’t match ! I return this evening with my receipt and item and these 2 young rude men behind counter basically explained he couldn’t do anything for me not even an even exchange just rude NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS 7-11 will be contacting BBB as well as the franchise department. It’s the principle of the situation but the dollar amount.
