I come here late afternoon for a cup of coffee. Parking is bad-not fault of 7-11.Coffee is always very, very old, and is barely, I repeat barely warm. I have been coming here every day for the past week.I will never come back here again. The counter person is very lazy.

Came to Palo Alto for a work trip that I felt very prepared for. I found out around 10pm that I did not pack a toothbrush nor toothpaste so I decided to reach out to this 7-11 as it is down the street. I called the first time and someone answered, obviously a male, very rude tone, almost sounded as if he did not want to be there. I asked him if they sold toothbrushes and toothpaste, he hung up. I called again and he did not answer. I called an additional 3 times trying to explain myself and at first he answered and just continued hanging up and then he proceeded to not answer. I had a 7am meeting so I decided to go to bed and wake up at 5 and figure it out. I woke up and tried to call again, hoping someone would else would be on shift but they weren’t. He continued to hang up the phone, though his attitude sounded a bit better. Horrible experience and I did not even get to step foot into the establishment.
