This 7/11 is unequivocally not open 24 hrs. After 11pm.the cashier locks the door and rudely gives you a thumb signal in the opposite direction. And contrary to what the owner posted concerning enhanced sanitation measures from 12-5 there is no cleaning conducted. Really a decidedly poor representation of an Iconic brand.

I come here a few times a week, I mainly purchase General snus, they have never ran out witch is a plus. But the guys talk to each other alot in Hindu (I believe) and sometimes it feels like they make fun of people in line etc. Also there are alot of homeless people begging for change, if you turn down the alley there is some shady business going on pretty much everyday arround 6pm. Cops frequently drive through here but the shady people just scatter and guess what… As soon as the cops leave all the people come back.

I’d like to update my rating, and thank the owner for reaching out to me and apologizing. Also encouraging me to contact customer service. I did go in today and the customer service was much better.
