Worst 7eleven , does not even try to help customers in any way whatsoever. They barely even answer the phone or talk nicely. It’s like they’re all tired of this life or mad at something lol

Horrible!! Beyond disbelief. I went in for a quick money order under $600, and I’m assuming this was the owner, since there is an ongoing theme for these franchises at 7-11. Anyway, no one was in the store after the customer in front of me left. I handed him the exact amount, minus the money order fees. Grant there may have been about 30 or so ones. But it’s money. He took the stack of cash and looked at me like, REALLY? He then went on to explain how he had so much to do with stacking the shelves, assisting other customers and so on. I was shocked to hear the amount of excuses NOT to help me. I have years of customer service behind me, and this was the poorest experience I have had at any convenience store. But to top it off, another customer walked in and he told me to step aside while he check them out. Due to his counting of the cash was incorrect, since trying to rush. We spent more time TOGETHER counting. I mean it was not that difficult. He just didn’t want to do it, and it was quite evident. After 10 minutes of finally counting correctly. He hands me the money orders and tells me, I should go to a bank next time. SERIOUSLY??? What’s the purpose of offering money orders to customers, if you are going to complain about rendering the service. While, I will not curse. Believe me when I say, I will never step into another 7-11. I rather run out of gas!!!!!!!Maybe Corporate will have to hear of this one.

I paid for 49.74 in gas and the pump only went to $46 before it just stopped. Ao i went inside to get my change and the cashier doesnt hear me right or sumthing and does away with my change. When i ask for it again i had to repeat myself 4 times before he tells me he doesnt k ow what I’m talking about and i dont have change. Don’t trust this store. They will steal your money when given the chance.
