I walked into the store and stomped the snow off my boots, on the rug so i wouldnt track the snow through the store. The cashier promptly told to stomp my boots outside. If the sidewalk was clear and the parking lot plowed maybe i would not have had to stomp snow off my boots. Not impressed and needless to say i will be shopping elsewhere. Customer service lacks and apparently my purchases aren’t needed at your store.

The owner of this 711 is super cool. He bought me a slurpy!!! Now that’s going the extra mile to make your customers happy! That’s pure kindness. And it is always super clean and well maintained! I love this 711… They even have co, op atm I feel blessed this one is near me. Highly recommend it!!!

The store it self was large with a seating area. But I went there yesterday specifically because my normal 7-11 Coke Slurpee machine was on defrost. The price listed for a small Slurpee was $1.19 or something near that so I thought cool. When I went to the register to pay it rang up $2.25. When I questioned it the cashier said that is the price it rings up. I stated that it was not the price displayed on the Slurpee machines. She stated she could not do anything because the owner was not there but she would tell him when she got in because that was false advertising.I will not be back in this store! Most stores give their employees the power to make it right if the signs say a different price. My normal store has done this in the past. Not to mention the small Slurpee price with tax in my regular store in $1.61
