I went In 711 and bought a reloadable card from them because a store associate convinced me saying every time I buy a gift card I get a fee so I might as well buy a reloadable card rather then an iTunes and uber card that way I could avoid all the fees and only have to pay it one time so I did and I put 35 dollars in the card and when I tried to activate it it needed my Id ,I don’t have id because I can’t get id because I was born in Japan due to my mom being in the military so I have nothing but my SoCal security number which I provided but the card said that they can’t verify my identity I tried calling the card company and they want ID and I tried calling 7–11 for a refund on the card that they made a transact card by 7-11 which hasn’t been activated yet but they said they can’t do anything about it so pretty much 711 has robbed my of 35$ because they refuse to do anything to help me despite the employee saying they could help meThis happened around 945-10ish Saturday night October 19

Kevin is awesome. Always smiling, always going out of his way to greet each customer with a smile as they come in and make sure their needs are met while simultaneously keeping the counter running quickly and efficiently. I’ve even witnessed him handle a beligerant customer with professionalism unparalleled. A breath of fresh air in a world where truely good customer service has become a rarity. He deserves a promotion and a raise! I’d go so far as to say he should be traveling to all the locations to train other staff in what great customer service looks like.
