It’s nice to have a 5.11 brick & mortar location to check out the gear and try on the clothing. The annual sales are fun to attend. Because they carry other items such as knives and coffee.that isn’t 5.11 branded you can get great deals on some items. The only thing I’m bummed about is they no longer carry Hogue knives and I think they’re slowly phasing out stocking Benchmade knives. Getting hands on with the products is the best part of the store and if you are willing to frequent the clearance racks and bins you can come across some bitchin’ deals.

I ordered the wrong color of pants online and I went in to the store instead of shipping them back and as soon as I walked in the worker (employee #0000992) was instantly rude, ignored me when I spoke to her, wouldn’t give me all of my return because she couldn’t figure out the taxes she has no personality and made my experience with this store awful. She should learn what guest service is or maybe find other career, we all have bad days but no need to ruin others because you’re unhappy.
