I Read a couple comments before doing mine I just want to say they have a fitting room and not all the pants are the same they all have different material so go to the fitting room and try them on before you go home being mad at yourselfSo went to shop today it was great they I asked if I needed help from the beginning and they also asked when I was looking for pants which I appreciate they were very friendly and I think them for it I will definitely be back soon

The reason behind my low rating review is having to do with defective pants that were not adequate to the size that was marked on them. Sadly since I never had an issue with 5.11 gear I took it upon myself to just throw away the tags and wash them and wear them another day. The only thing I tend to keep is my receipt for my financial records. When I wore them they did not fit like my other 5.11 pants that are the same style/model. When I went back to the store simply to ask for an exchange the customer service male employee stated that it is 5.11 policy not to exchange them even though I had my receipt. After spending hundreds of dollars on 5.11 gear and never having an issue when it came down to having some customer support I got rejected for any help or assistance. I suggest for current and future customers to be careful, try on, and inspect your 5.11 equipment from this local store or risk losing your money on defective products. I contacted customer support on their 1-800 number and even they stated that since I had receipt I should have gotten it exchanged. I will wait on 5.11 customer support to see how they can help me through corporate. I will update once I receive feedback.

Very helpful staff. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and was helped with finding my particular product. Fitting rooms ARE OPEN, so I was able to try on and purchase. Lots of products with more inventory coming in as well, as I was told.
