Excellent customer service! The young lady I spoke to over the phone help me locate a pair of boots across the country that my husband was wanting. She was able to find the size that I want and got me connected over to the right people! All in all I have a wonderful experience every time I shop at this location.

Outstanding staff! The young lady that assisted me in choosing a bag was very knowledgable and helpful. She went as far as getting out her personal bag so I could see how it wears and even let me try it on with weight in it. I actually ended up going a few bucks over my budget on it because she sold it so well.
