Joseph Y. customer service was fantastic and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. I gave it 4 stars because the blue lights are really bright and maybe should have been turned down to the floor. The products is made really well, but one of the headrest was slightly larger on one side than the other side, which is noticeable, other than that I would have rated 5 stars. But, I would recommend this product to friends and I would definitely recommend Joseph Y. for his great customer service.

Just received my theater seating. I purchased the Palladius Sofa. I also wanted 2 single recliners but Palladius did not come in single. My salesman Joseph pointed out to me the Enigma singles would be a perfect match and he was right. I absolutely love everything about them. He sent me the color samples I asked for and the caramel is beautiful. Thanks Joseph for taking the time to work with me and answering all my questions and concerns.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Based on the details I gave Zach back in October about the gaming/movie room I was trying to create, he helped me choose the perfect chairs to fit my needs. Chairs arrived in plenty of time for the Christmas room reveal and they were so simple to put together, just click in the seat back to the chair base. Very comfortable and I highly recommend. We’ve been using these chairs for 2 months now and I have zero complaints. Money well spent!!
