I purchased a few products from this store over the years which really makes giving them 1 star a difficult task. However, I purchased a spin bike from them (california) and this thing was an absolute nightmare. I called multiple times about the adjusters not working well and even shot over emails that of course went unanswered. When I called for the last time I was told of course they dont even have that product anymore (of course not it’s a lemon), it would cost more to service than the $700 I paid for the bike, and that I could get a discount on other bikes. A DISCOUNT? So you want me to spend more money no thanks never again.
