First of all, A+ to the actual business that came out and did the plumbing. They were great. But I agree with the other reviewers. This dispatching service is beyond unprofessional and a pain to deal with. We waited FIVE hours for what should have been a 1, 2 hour window. We completely understand that some jobs can run behind, but customers need to be communicated with! After waiting well beyond the scheduled window, I had to pick up my daughter and wanted to let my technician know, so I called and no answer. I ended up just leaving with a note on the door. When I came back, still no plumber. I felt as if I was being ghosted, so I called to see if I needed to cancel and go with another service, but they hung up on me three more times (rejected in 2, 3 rings) and then didn’t answer at all. When the plumbers finally showed up at 9pm we were walking out the door for a date night. They were very kind gentlemen, we just would have liked to know they were coming.

What a complete scam. I called 24 hour plumbing and thought I was hiring them. This guy just hires out other plumbers and the one that showed up is unlicensed and is using a van sold by Senior Rooter without authorization according to Senor Rooter. The plumber damaged my drain line by breaking off his auger tip deep underground. I hired another company who put a camera in the drain and found it 10 feet beneath the surface. The repair is now $3300. 24 hour plumbing guy refuses to give me his license number and is not located at 103 W Oak in Denton. I’m filing a complaint with the state. Plumbers are required to have their license number displayed on the front of the vehicle. Clearly it’s not there. I learned this the hard way.

Called for emergency plumbing in morning. Was given time of 7-8pm to fix toilets that were not working. At 8:30 pm began calling to find out where plumber was/arrival time. Phone voicemail answered but hung up immediately. Tried multiple times during evening with same results. And, no one called or arrived that night! No one called us the next morning to apologize or reschedule!
